There is a minimum value of £100 for transfers to Iran and UAE.

For Pakistan there is no minimum value, however there is a £5 administration charge per transaction.

Your card provider and PayPal may charge a handling fee. This is not a Sarrafi.co.uk charge.

Some banks may charge a handling fee for transferring money to our bank account.

We do not charge any handling fees! Therefore the rate you are given is the exact amount you will receive.

Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled.

However we may buy back the currencies at the same rate if it is established that the order has resulted

from a genuine mistake.This is at our absolute discretion.

The onus of proving such mistakes falls on the customer and must be communicated to Sarrafi.co.uk

within 24 hours. In the case of UK orders and where Sarrafi.co.uk agrees to buy back the currency,

there will be a small handling charge; the handling charge for orders from other countries will vary.
