DELIVERY

The recipient of the transfer can normally expect to receive their money within one working day if an order is received by 14:00 (local time at point of transfer).

Customers who place orders after 14:00 can expect to receive their money within two working days.

These times may vary taking into account national holidays or unexpected events.

Also it is subject to the customers payment having cleared in our systems.

In all cases the customer will be made aware of exact delivery times.

(PLEASE NOTE FOR LARGE AMOUNTS THE DELIVERY TIME MAY VARY DUE TO EXTRA SECURITY CHECKS. PLEASE CLARIFY WITH OUR OFFICE).

Where delivery destination is provided by the customer, Sarrafi.co.uk can accept no direct responsibility or liability for safe delivery beyond ensuring the secure handover of payment to the chosen delivery address, bank account or persons.

It is essential that you have a person you know or trust available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery, as Sarrafi.co.uk will not accept any liability for fraudulent acts committed by such third party signatories.

Sarrafi.co.uk excludes all liability for any claim arising from any act undertaken for a customer unless the customer can prove that Sarrafi.co.uk caused the customer to suffer loss.

Sarrafi.co.uk will not be responsible for any loss caused by a third party.
